Random Assortment of Madrid-Related Things

I have lots of pictures, but I don’t really know what to focus on, so I’m just not going to even try.

Tiny olive oil! Seriously, the price of this stuff makes me want to cry just because we pay SO much for it in the states, and they use it like water here because it’s so cheap.

This is what I walk towards/past from the Metro stop on my way to work. It’s pretty. 🙂

The Madrid “skyline” – Literally 4 skyscrapers. Isn’t that cute?

Conclusion based on the last two days: studying abroad and working abroad are VERY DIFFERENT THINGS. I’m speaking a lot more Spanish, which is awesome, but I also have way less time to explore (aka none except on weekends). If you’re deciding between the two, it’s definitely a toss-up between fun and useful learning experience, so decide which one you like more. If you’re smart, you’ll do both like me! 😀

    • Yeah, you know how it is! I’m finding it a lot harder to be touristy and make myself take pictures of things this time around. Maybe because it’d be weird to creep around my office with a camera.
